On the meals and recipes section, meal list items were centre-aligned with no discernible markers such as numbers or bullet points. Recipe items were arranged in a paragraph rather than list form, making it more difficult to read. Instead of ingredients and instructions being listed separately, everything was arranged together making the user have to hunt for specific information. However, there is no way of knowing where you are on the website by looking at it. Here you can see the attendance and timer screens that the coordinators have access to when they start a new session. By incorporating a tab at the top of the page, the coordinator is able to easily switch from taking attendance and tracking how long everyone has been moving without leaving the page! Because their mobility progress happened so gradually, it was easy for them to get discouraged from not seeing obvious improvement. But when their coordinator times them during the session, the walkers will be able to compare their times and achieve different stamps depending on which goals they set! They’ll also be prompted with a screen to rate their experience after each session. Depending on which section was selected, the right panel would update to display the details of either the chat or the ticket. During feedback sessions there was confusion about how exactly it worked, and the development team emphasized it’s technical complexity and raised concerns about a time-consuming implementation. Because of this, we decided to pivot the design direction and instead separate all livechat and ticket conversations.
